Three different designs o air-water heat exchangers
The Anthermo GmbH delivers three different designs of air-water heat exchangers:
- Finned tube heat exchangers
- Lamella heat exchangers
- Straight tube heat exchangers
These heat exchangers are designed in a way, that inside the tube water or another liquid circulates. The air flows around outside the tubes or the fins/lamellas. The connection between the fins and the tube is used to enlarge the space for heat transfer between the liquid and the gas fluid.
The technical figures (for ex. amount of air, temperature, pressure, waste of air) can be different for the air-water heat exchanger. Also the operating conditions and the environment conditions can vary from application to application.

Certified software and modern production machines
After choosing the right type of heat exchanger the technical dimensioning is made with certified software as well as a three-dimensional CAD model. The optimization is based on efficiency, economy and loss of pressure. The approved CAD drawing of the customer is the basis for production with modern computer aided production systems.
Available materials
For the finned tube heat exchangers and the lamella heat exchangers different material combinations between the fins and the tubes are possible. For example the combination between stainless steel (tube) and aluminum (fins) is possible.
We deliver heat exchangers made of following materials: 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4571, 1.4828. Materials for fins/lamellas can be different alloys of aluminum or copper or stainless steel materials. Special materials on demand.
Certified software and modern production mashines
After choosing the right type of heat exchanger we make the technical dimension with certified software and we create a three dimensional CAD modell. The optimation is leaded by efficiency, economy and loss of pressure. The approved CAD drawing of the customer is the basic for the production with modern computer aided production systems.
